Shutter mechanism inside the receptacle blocks access to the contacts unless a 2-prong plug is inserted, ensuring objects such as hairpins and keys will be locked out. Features a narrow body, side wired, and large head terminal screws that accept up to No. 10 copper wire. Triple wire power contacts for maximum conductivity and plug retention, captive mounting screws for fast installation.
