High strength, waterproof adhesive designed for the permanent installation of rubber and poly backed outdoor carpet andartificial turf. Not recommended for installing tile or carpet backed with urethane or vinyl. May be used over treated and untreated wood and concrete. Resists rain, snow, ice, and freezing.
